Description and Application
DTFR-7707 microencapsulated red phosphorus is a non-halogen flame retardant with the highest effective flame retardant composition and the most widely used. After advanced multi-layer coating process, a continuous and dense polymer protective film is formed on the surface of red phosphorus, thereby improving the compatibility with polymer materials and impact strength. The processing process is safer and does not produce toxic gases. The red phosphorus flame retardant treated by microcapsule technology has high fineness, narrow particle size distribution and good dispersibility. With its high efficiency, no halogen, low smoke and low toxicity, it can be widely used in polyolefin, DTPE, PA , PET, EVA, PBT, EEA and other thermoplastic resins, epoxy, phenolic, silicone rubber, unsaturated polyester and other thermosetting resins, butadiene rubber, EPDM rubber, fibers and other wire and cable materials, conveyor belts, Flame retardant of engineering plastics.
Packaging and Storage
